• So, I absolutely love Autumn so this is absolutely not aimed at her, y'all have someone there that makes the room super uncomfortable the moment she walks in. Becca has got to be one of most unhappy people I have ever seen in customer service. My roommate is a client there as well and she has noticed the same thing. Yesterday when she came in you could literally feel the tension in the room. A year ago it was packed in there, yesterday you had 3 standing around not doing anything. You won't lose my business because I come there for Autumn, but the lack of supervision, and some of you techs have awful attitudes it makes the entire building feel uncomfortable.
