• The massage was perfection. The online scheduling is confusing. It did not allow for booking a 90 minute session. So I wrote it in the notes. I received a call the day before from Mia saying I'd have to reschedule because she didn't read the note. Luckily Lauren agreed to stay. Mia has an edge about her; I certainly didn't feel welcome over the phone; especially when she hung up without saying goodbye and her greeting yesterday in person was blunt and cold. It's not a good look for a day spa. The woman who checked me out was wonderful and kind. I will return, but Mia should get some customer experience training.
