• I gave it a 10 for a few reasons; number one the welcoming and kindness of the staff. They were sweet girls and very helpful. Genuinely nice people. Also the waiting room with low lighting, cucumber water and snacks big comfortable seating. 3rdly the ambiance in the beautiful salt cave with reclining seating, blanket's and lovely music. This was my first experience with halotherapy but I came with a friend, she had a previous experience and commented that the infusion of salt was subpar. I agreed. I did not feel or taste the salt at all. I'm not sure if the machine was not working or the setting was not high enough but i did not feel any therapeutic benefits from the " salt". 🧂 idk 🤷 what the problem was, but the room itself was calming and soothing. Also we have plans to return to try other service offered at the spa particularly the Head spa!
