There was a lack of communication in the first appt I had.....no one advd me randall was sick and not in. I was a little mad - I left work early, paid $8 for parking and was getting my hair cut because I had dinner plans that evening. But the follow up appt was fine, randall apologized and the haircut and the products made up for it.....but initially poor for not being advised.....and my appt was at 1500hrs, there was ample time to advise me
