The instructor was super helpful. I haven't worked out for years and needed a lot of instruction... she didn't make me feel embarrassed about it. I got the best workout that I could handle and got nothing but encouragement even though it couldn't finish. It was awesome. I'm definitely coming back

It was hard a good combination of strength and cardio in a shorter workout period . I like that and the help you gave me to learn proper form as I am old 😬😬💪🏻💪🏻
