• Stefany's class is perfect via ZOOM. I love to get in my sweats and comfy clothes, stretch my Body with Stef's expert guidance, and this is a perfect preparation for sleep. Love that this nighttime class is offered via ZOOM - probably will not attend if in person. Please keep this class via ZOOM. Stefany is Wonderful!!!!!

• Class was taught by Robin. Robin gives a good energetic class, is always pleasant, helpful and makes sure that everyone is doing the exercises and yoga poses correctly. She always shows modifications so that everyone feels comfortable in what they are doing. Excellent class.
