• Ana was amazing. She knew exactly what to do to help with my painful situation. She was kind and funny and made for an overall great experience! I was not able to participate in Urban Sweat based on the time of my appointment and not quite understanding how everything worked. But I will be sure to figure that out for next time.

• Love Urban Sweat, it is so relaxing and I will DEFINATELY be back! (The only thing is I would have someone check on the two massage chairs, they are really squeaky and it was distracting when I was trying to meditate. I would also see if they could make the button pushing quiet. I love the chairs, but they add an electronic element to the space.
