• It would've been helpful to be told where to start or be referred to the instructions on the hallway before taking us to the locker rooms so that we would prep our body/mind properly. Apart from that, I enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone. Next time I will add a massage and possibly a yoga session too.

• My husband and I enjoyed relaxation massages followed by a visit to Urban Sweat for the first time since the pandemic started. Raffa Yoga has done a great job in transforming to meet the needs of a constantly changing environment. We felt relaxed and safe in this wonderful space.
