• Great communication. Sound therapy instructor was amazing!! Would give a higher rating if I could. We learned about Raffa through A Wish Come True and we are so grateful.

• The only clock inside the urban sweat time was an hour ahead it hadn't been changed back so we ended leaving the urban swear to shower and get changed over an hour early. At 6:30 bc the clock said it was 7:30. Maybe having a small time clock somewhere so people know would be helpful as phones are not used inside. And 2 of the mens showers didn't have body soap for washing up after. I also reported to the front desk about the 3 shower the bigger shower. The knob when you set it on a temp was so loose it would turn on its own to scorching hot. All in all the this is an amazing place and we love it here and cannot wait to come back soon as we bought two of the Black Friday deals.
