• Hands down best massage I've ever gotten... Erica was so very polite, attentive, professional, strategic, & thorough. The staff was very polite & helpful. Loved the welcoming with my name on my locker before arrival. The urban sweat experience is just that, an experience & an amazing one. While inside I felt like I had traveled to another country. It was like being inside of a Buddha temple. The meditation music, the dim lighting, the sitting areas, the different detox rooms, all just so very relaxing & one of a kind. Hands down the best spa in Rhode Island without a question. I've never done yoga a day in my life & am now looking into joining the beginners classes just to have a reason to be there more often. My new fave place to be for sure. Genius establishment.
