• I love Raffa. It is a one of a kind experience. I would suggest better lighting in the stall massage area. It is too dark. Also if you would label the pH of the alkaline water it would be helpful. I cannot drink higher than 8pH and it was the only room temp water. It was delightful!

• The massages were healing. And the person who checked us in was able to over come an obstacle in stellar fashion. We had not been informed the Urban Sweat was closed from 2-4. we had booked our massage with the intention of having the urban sweat experience specifically. She was able to give us a work around that worked for all. A plus. Thank you.
