• I had a wonderful experience, walking into Urban Sweat feels like all is right wth the world. My only (very minor) request would be to ask guests to refrain from bringing phones into the saunas. It's hard to stay in a relaxed state when a bright phone screen is going off in a dark room. Only a few people had them while I was there but if that was eliminated, the experience would go fro a 10 to a 12!
