  • I am a mom of 3 as well as a middle school teacher. Last night gave me what I call a recharge. I have been very stressed lately with everything going on and I was able to relax last night and just breathe! I also woke up this morning feeling so much calmer and recharged. I definitely look forward to visiting Urban Sweat again. Hopefully sooner than later.
