• Fantastic deep tissue massage (therapist - Alice). I really enjoyed the Urban Sweat before. I think I would have liked to have been better prepared with how to plan out my experience with where to go first and I probably would have liked to bring my ear buds for some meditative music in the relaxation center for breaks and took in dry clothes to change into after the massage. I put my damp clothes on to walk back to the locker room to shower. All fine and I definitely highly recommend everything and will have even a better rating when I return which I certainly will. Thank you!
