• KT is a calming, deliberative, and caring person who definitely adjusts her approach for the client. My daughter was slightly apprehensive before going but KT put her at ease by her approach to Jessica, including explaining everything that she was doing to do in clear simple terms. Overall, this was a fabulous experience, not only for my daughter, but for me as well to see the care and respect shown to my daughter. We love Raffa!! With a special shout-out to KT, Lori and Christine for making it happen in a positive, relaxing environment. 🙏
