• Welcoming receptionists who learn my name. Great facilities with the heated room and the multiple bathrooms so I'm not waiting in line. The zen sound when you come in helps put me in a calm state of mind. The stretch class with Amanda always makes me feel better when my body feels stiff. I love the sound bowls at the end and getting to use the bolsters and how she says modification options
