• The ambience for the urban sweat experience encourages total relaxation… I am not a person who has an easy time relaxing, but within minutes of entering the BUILDING, the smell, the decorations, the peace, put me at ease. I love the informational panels outside of each sauna, educating on the benefits, origin and purpose. At first I thought how could I ever last 4 hours? But with the perfect room for relaxation in between saunas, the infused water options, the massage chairs, the water beds, and everything else to refresh between rooms, I could take all the time in the world here! the staff makes it such and easy and peaceful experience, I’d recommend anyone even remotely interested give it a try!
