• Great class but the room smelled a little 'off' when you first walk in. So deodorizing the equipment and anti-gravity stuff more frequently might be worthwhile. Also the overheat flood lights are very glaring, even on a dimmer. Excellent guest instructor for class.

• Compared to Massage franchises, this has been the best experience I have had. A beautiful spa setting with an amazing tranquility area filled with laid back vibes and awesome bean bag chairs. My massage therapist was Chris and he was extremely professional and helped relieve a lot of my pain. I highly recommend anyone coming here!
