• Always a great experience at Urban Sweat. I only wish there was a reminder to bring our own towels. (If there was, I overlooked it.) It’s too bad we no longer have complimentary towels available.

• The vibe and energy is so delicious! I’ve seen Heidi many times and her attention and intention to me and my body are impeccable. I came today with a neck and lower back concern and felt completely amazing after my massage. I know it’s a process with these things and will follow up with her in a few weeks for another massage.
