• Urban Sweat is such a beautiful refuge! It feels like I am going on a retreat every time I am there. Yesterday I sat with the statue in the room with the glorious massage chairs for quite a while. Magical! So many details that I got to see up close. Contemplated masculine and feminine energies as well as snakes and fire. It is amazing!
