• I love the relaxing atmosphere of Urban Sweat. The only recommendation I have is for the staff to walk through the main relaxation area occasionally to ensure people are whispering. There was a group of women talking so loudly, it was interrupting my time in the charcoal room, I actually had to go complain at the front desk. While up at the front desk another member came to complain. A staff member did ask them to quiet down and though they did a couple of them laughed and rolled their eyes are she walked away. How rude!
