• You learn to push yourself to the limit....even though your body is telling you no. Christine and Kyle teach you tremendous discipline and you're totally focused on the class and your instructor. The classes run smoothly with no mistakes at all. Christine teaches her class the right way to do things....all the important big and small details of the movements of yoga and how it benefits your mind and body. It's the best Yoga Studio in the country because we have the best Instructor....who has seen it all, done it all and is still helping her students improve mentally, physically and for being grateful for what they have.
