• Love Raffa. The Practice is challenging and makes me sweat. Work to my capacity and feel energized at end of class. Love that the yogis come off their mats to adjust students into proper poses when needed so they don't get hurt. While other yoga classes I have taken are not as adrenaline inducing, I feel like I've gotten a good workout or stretch.
