• Maryellen always gives a great class. The class is challenging, and she reminds us to do what our body allows for that day. Her instruction is appreciated as a goal to work toward. (The class is heated which I like, but for me, the heat could be turned down a wee bit.) Thank you, Maryellen, for the superb class.
