• I am in love with Rafa. The Kundalini classes especially. The teachers and the kundalini practice are so so so beautiful. Everyone is kind, from the teachers to the students to the staff. Whenever I'm going through a difficult time in my life, I find that Rafa is where I want to be. I also love the raw bar and the new beautiful cafe space for eating. I had a wheat grass for the first time. It made me feel so good. I always leave Rafa feeling light and with so much love in my heart. Sat nam. Thank you to all of you for everything you do.

• The energy of your staff is tremendous! They are upbeat, genuine and helpful. Michael's life force is palpable and his classes are fun and challenging. Britney, Mary, Sarena are all friendly, welcoming faces. And Christine is a BOSS! She has created a space that is inclusive and warm. A spiritual calling I'm so grateful that I found. I admire her vision and how she brought that to life through Raffa Yoga & Urban Sweat!!
