• The teachers are wonderful and the studio is terrific with calming ambiance. There are a lot of different practices as well so there is a lot of variety.

• What an amazing experience I had! Staff was super friendly and helpful! I went with some friends and each room we entered added to the relaxation and feeling of 'decompression'. We were very thankful for the relaxation space to sip some water and decide on our next sauna. The yellow turmeric room was my favorite. I will definitely be back!
