• Yoga classes were challenging and enjoyable, I had a massage w Julie she was wonderful. Sometimes deep tissue massages can be lacking but Julie was great and addressed the concerns we spoke of. Urban sweat was amazing the facility was clean and comfortable!

• It was fantastic! The restorative yoga was extremely relaxing and beneficial to my body! We did four simple poses but the stretches really worked my body!
