• Urban sweat was very clean during my recent visit--unlike some previous visits. I like the enforcement of the "whispering" policy--although my daughter and I broke the policy momentarily when she fell off her bean bag pod and we dissolved into laughter. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All the sauna's were up and running and the steam room was sufficiently steamy. We had excellent massages with Luis and Ariana and all in all, it was a wonderful visit. I have only one suggestion. Previously, the clothing (cotton shorts and T shirts) were roomy and comfortable. I found the new shorts and shirts too snug. I am a size 12--rather average I think. Although they fit, they were not comfortably loose, which is my preference.
