• Michael was fabulous! He is a great instructor who takes the time to thoroughly explain breathing and postures. I took my best friend for the first time and she absolutely loved "The Practice". I love the classes at Raffa. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and happy. My friend and I plan on coming weekly!
