• Simply amazing. I am a A type personality thought I might go for an hour may be stretch it to 1 1/2 hours, but was the for over 2 1/2 hours. I felt great and relaxed.
• An acquaintance told me about Urban Sweat awhile ago, and having a passion for healthy living and fitness it sounded like something I would like try. Recently when I was telling one of my customers about shoulder discomfort he mentioned that I try Urban sweat. So on a whim yesterday I went and immediately regretted not doing this sooner!
