• Raffa Yoga & Urban Sweat is where to go to reset. Today's visit did not disappoint! Starting with a soothing stretch class with Christine we made our way to Urban Sweat for the day. Gorgeous veggie summer rolls for lunch and avocado toast were absolutely delicious!!! Winding up our spa day with a lovely Yin class with Britney we couldn't have had a betterSaturday. Thank you for providing a clean, comfortable, unique environment for active relaxation! We really appreciated the smiling faces of our hosts throughout the day - Talia is an absolute gem!! A million thanks to everyone that made our day flawless 🙏

• The yoga class with Pam was great! The massage was excellent and the urban sweat rooms incredible!! Even the food and variety offered amazing. The only complaint is that my friend’s massage was cancelled due to the therapists calling in sick. She was very disappointed. I felt like she should have been compensated in some way...like not charging her for the sweat rooms that day? I was really surprised that you made her pay. It would have made her experience a little more pleasant. Thanks!
