• Everything was fantastic! The only suggestion I would have is that if there is a large group booking, such as a family, to block off that session for only them. They moved room to room cramming in all at a time, instead of spreading out, so rooms weren't as accessible nor quiet. They did not whisper, talked at normal level, throughout each room and in the relaxation area. They also had their phones and were taking pictures, not respecting the space or other guests. However, that is not a reflection of the space you all have created.

• I always enjoy every room. The only negative thing was the second massage chair did not work for back massage. Other than that everything else was great!
