• Although front desk staff mention it is a whisper only environment, regular level of talking does occur. This is the 3rd time I have experienced this and I have only utilized the facility 3x. Also, staff members themselves are quite loud when in the space when showing new clients or walking clients out from an additional specialty session. Frontdesk members do mention to make them aware of any abusers of talking in the space, but it would become so obvious if I were to walk out, walk back into the space, and shortly thereafter a staff member addresses the issue. Perhaps find a solution that the issue can be addressed anonymously - text message? a button to be pushed (a few around the facility)?
