• The class, sequence, instruction, heat, and atmosphere were wonderful. The only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 was the rental mat. I don’t believe $3 is appropriate for a medium quality mat that does not prevent slipping in sweaty, heated classes.

• I felt comfortable and I didn't feel pushed to go beyond what my body could do. It was also a very good workout! Not to mention the Instructions were very good and our teacher was very warm and friendly as well as helpful leaning the moves.
