• It was so clean, relaxing, spacious, and not too many people present so the atmosphere was perfect. only issue is one of the massage chairs squeaks really loud.

• This is the third time that there have been very loud people laughing or joking around in the saunas and quiet spaces. It would be wonderful to have a Raffa employee remind people upon check in that it is a whisper zone and some saunas are quiet silent zones.
