• I always feel great coming out of Urban Sweat and my skin feels amazing. The lemon and cucumber water cools me down and quenches my thirst. I am going to try the cucumbers and cold cloths next time!

• My massage therapist was amazing. Otherwise my score would have been lower to the noise level urban sweat with the large group that was there at the same time although they were loud they did stop when asked so did not want to reflect poorly on my service provider
