• I can't afford to go as often as I would like but I tell everyone from co-workers to my hairdresser that Urban is my heaven and everyone must treat themselves to a special day of pampering. I can't brag enough. The staff is great, the Eucalyptus/steam room is my favorite. I love the little extras, the fresh water, the cold wash clothes with cucumber slices to the great products in the shower. Keep it up. I love this place.

• I fully enjoyed my time and felt amazing after being able to re-energize in the various rooms aty own pace, following my deep tissue massage.
• The atmosphere of the space and the heated room was a great experience. The instructor was very good and she truly made it easy for someone like myself who is new to yoga.
