• Just finished a Yoga class,The Practice, with Michael Aubin. It was one of the best classes I have taken at Raffa Yoga. From the first minute, Michael prepared our Body,Mind and Spirit for the next 90 minute Yoga journey. Despite the 30 plus Yogi's in Buddha room, I constantly felt that his cuing, descriptions and constant words of encouragement and wisdom were meant solely for me. The class was a wonderful journey and I forward to many more!!!!

• Always a great experience. Unique one of a kind experience that should be shared with the world. Staff are friendly, place is spotless and I feel like I'm on a mini vacation when I experience the energy and ambiance of urban sweat. Massage therapist Kerri is an expert and I would recommend to anyone. Stephanie is incredible and friendly and really knows how to keep the place running smoothly. Michael at the front is always pleasant and greets me when I come in. I cant say enough about how much I love the experience everytime I go. Cant wait to go back. Kelsie
