• I truly enjoyed the class. The instructor was insightful and intuitive to the participants needs. Modifications were available to increase or decrease the challenges with specific poses. After the class, I felt rejuvenated and rested. Visiting this area for the Christmas holidays, class cost is double what I am accustomed to.
