• When you go to places like this, the person working at desk/check-in is 1st experience...every time I've gone & Lisa is working, she's always very pleasant, not just to us, but hearing her speak to others as well. To me, that starts off the Zen...the water is always full & fresh, if that makes sense? Obviously we don't go there for "customer service," but it does start you off feeling comfortable & welcomed. We've gone several times, have bought 10pks, and look forward to continuing. The only negative is people that don't follow whisper policy, which is NOT the fault of Raffa & we just move along...we're there for all the benefits & will continue to go. Hope that helps🧘🏻‍♀️
