• Love the Urban Sweat experience everytime! It is very relaxing and rejuvenating. I love the health benefits that each sauna provides as well as the quiet atmosphere of the meditation area. It is truly a mind and body must have experience. Can't wait for my next visit!

• Instructor was very knowledgeable and it was my first time so he made it easy to follow along and get the concepts. If there was something that was hard he was able to assist one on one to insure you felt comfortable and understood how to do a certain move.
