• The last time I went to Raffa was to the Anti-Gravity beginning yoga class and thought there is no way I could do anything.....by the end of a very well led class ...I was upside down and it was amazing. Seemed to give me a certain confidence I carried out of class that I did not have when I went in. Amazing!
