• The front desk stuff was very welcoming and kind. My massage was incredible. The best one I have had. I've been going to Massage Envy for ~5 years and other places before that. No one could come close to Krista. The entire facility was immaculately clean. This would be a make it break for me if it was not so in regular times. I felt very comfortable and did not have any uneasieness using the urban sweat rooms during the pandemic due to the care your staff takes to keep everything clean and in order.
