• The overall ambiance was inviting and relaxing from the moment I walked in. I was excited to check out each heat therapy room. I do wish there was more than one steam room, as the eucalyptus was my favorite. I would recommend to people that they should bring multiple towels because you’re lying on one in many rooms.. so next time I’ll just be more prepared. Did not want to leave!!

• It was an absolutely amazing experience! I was highly impressed with Urban Sweat and the entire facility. Having the room to lounge in for a lunch break was also really nice. Locker room & showers were very clean. Everyone was respectable and friendly.
