• Absolutely love urban sweat! Took my boyfriend for the first time time and it was so enjoyable! Only downfall is some people were chatting in the active relaxation area which was distracting but otherwise always so clean and comfortable! Thanks for having us we will surely be back!

• When you go to places like this, the person working at desk/check-in is 1st experience...every time I've gone & Lisa is working, she's always very pleasant, not just to us, but hearing her speak to others as well. To me, that starts off the Zen...the water is always full & fresh, if that makes sense? Obviously we don't go there for "customer service," but it does start you off feeling comfortable & welcomed. We've gone several times, have bought 10pks, and look forward to continuing. The only negative is people that don't follow whisper policy, which is NOT the fault of Raffa & we just move along...we're there for all the benefits & will continue to go. Hope that helps🧘🏻‍♀️
