• I took the Saturday Morning beginner anti-gravity yoga class. The instructor was great. He was so patient and clear and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed this first experience. I usually don't do many surveys but he was excellent. I have taken other classes and they are all good, but I was just so impressed with his manner and teaching style. Heather
