Solid Roots provides a positive and accepting atmosphere to experience your yoga practice anyway you want. Classes are available every day and there is avariety of styles among the instructors. Jessica, the owner/teacher is a delightful spirit.

Love this yoga studio with it's variety of classes and schedules. The instructors help guide to correct postures and don't push to do anything that may hurt. Try the Restorative class for a truly relaxing session. Highly recommend this studio! You won't be disappointed.
