I have been practicing at Solid Roots for years. It’s the most peaceful serene studio. The owner Jessica Filson is one of the most caring souls I’ve ever met. There is a yoga class to meet any level of practice. All the teachers are unique and amazing. Come practice with us we would love to share space with you!!
