I like the “instructors”. Everyone has been nice. I really like the way I feel when I leave. And I really like that I sweat during class but I don’t feel like I just came from a hardcore workout. It’s hard to put into words what a really nice feeling it is. I’m enjoying Radically Rooted Yoga

It is the best studio and has something to offer everyone. The mindfulness, embodiment focus is unlike any other studio. As a teacher and student, this is thestudio I love to practice at and truly feel at home. I have no interest practicing at other Lexington studios.
