• I arrived early, was greeted warmly and asked if I could be taken early. The appointment before me was already ten minutes late; Chanel made an executive decision and led me back to start my service. All went smoothly, no pun intended. I greatly appreciate when people do good work and are capable of thinking when things happen outside The Lunchbox. P. S. The appointment before did not show up for another ten minutes.
